The Park Attracts Everyone
Although the trail is for mostly bikes and group walks other people de
pend on the park, like the Handicap. If Handicap have the most trouble in public parks such as the Wissahickon Park. The Trails aren't capable for a smooth ride there aren't places to sit and relax. There's a lot of rocky paths and gravel which is not wheelchair accessible. Many people go to the park to relax and just enjoy the nature of being outside , but its not possible when there is not a save way to get around. There needs to be more ramps and accessible water fountains. Help Us Make the Wissahikon Park Wheelchair Friendly.
