LOVE park is located at the intersection of 16th street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Center City. Its known as the John F. Kennedy Plaza. The park is located across from City Hall and serves as the gateway to Fairmount Park’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway and the Parkway / Museums District. The park was built in 1965, the park sits atop of an underground parking garage. LOVE park is a non skating park but people do as they please.
